Why is there so little help for such a big task?

Dr. Leland Johnson
Lead Trainer
Leland has spent the last 20 years serving as a pastor, then a church-planting missionary in Brazil, and now as Director of Deputation and Training for an Independent Baptist missions agency. He is also a co-founder of Missions21 Ecosystems alongside Anthony Master. He completed deputation in just 14 months and has helped many missionaries raise support through one-on-one coaching and mentorship.
The tactics he teaches are not merely his own ideas; they are proven solutions that have been tested and refined by many missionaries. Unlike most people who simply offer advice, Leland encourages missionaries to reach out when something is not working, recognizing that it may be time for a fresh approach.
